In partnership with Mt. Olive Food Pantry, VBCC will run a Food Drive during the month of September. Please bring non-perishables: Peanut butter, rice, pasta, various cereals, and shelf-safe milk.
Music & More is VBCC’s interactive program for children (Infants-Pre-K) and their parents or caregivers. Each week children and adults will enjoy one hour packed full of fun! Enjoy 30 minutes of music, movement & rhymes followed by 30 minutes of snack, play & fellowship. Parents and/or caregivers will participate and interact with their children during the session.
In order to maintain the integrity of the program and to accommodate more families, this fall we are offering two 6-week sessions.

Our Wednesday morning Bible study will include both large-group teaching and small-group discussion times, and it is a great place to get to know VBCC women on a more personal level. We hope you will join us! We will start off our fall semester with the excellent teaching of Pastor Robb Esperat on the role of the Holy Spirit in the lives of Christians. We’ll then take his teaching on the Holy spirit and apply it to our prayer lives as we study When You Pray, a book that covers 6 prayers in the Bible.

Every Man A Warrior is a discipleship course designed to help men succeed in life. It is for men who want to become the warriors God intends - not living lives of mediocrity, but maturing and becoming equipped in the areas where men fight and need to win.

The Gospel-Centered Life
The Gospel-Centered Life is a study intended to help you understand how the gospel shapes every aspect of your life. This course will help you grow spiritually as you experience transformation from the inside out, empowered by the Holy Spirit and based on the promises in God's Word. The Gospel-Centered Life is applicable to both the seasoned believer as well as the person considering faith for the first time, and we hope you will join us!

We are excited to be bringing a group of young adults (ages 18-25) to St. Louis for next year's Cross Conference on December 31-Jan 2! This is an annual conference who's mission is to call this generation to make their lives count by making Jesus's name known.
The registration cost for Cross Con covers the tickets, housing, food, and transportation. The total cost will increase as the conference nears:

Everyone is welcome, and each person or couple is invited to bring a dish to share as we practice generosity, connection, and belonging. Simply sign up and we will connect you with a group of around 8 people in a host home.
Youth, come with your family to the bay from 6-8PM! We’ll provide pizza and drinks for dinner! Come for dinner, swimming, beach games, and just hanging out with other families. Bring a beach chair, towel, and your favorite beach game if you’d like.

If you’ve been thinking about getting baptized or want to better understand what baptism means for believers, join us for our upcoming Baptism Class on Sunday, August 9th, at 9AM. We’ll have coffee, snacks, and separate classes for adults, teens, and kids.
