In the Waiting, New Life Appears

Spring 2022

In the waiting

Forsythia hale in yellow splendor

Babies are born

Canopies bursting in hues of color

Breaking from bondage

Blossoms spring forth in glorious brilliance

Hearts are transformed

A new heaven and new earth to come

New Life Abounds.

Isaiah 43:19

"Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth."

Isaiah 61:10a, 11

“I will rejoice greatly in the LORD, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me in garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness... For the earth brings forth its sprouts, And as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise To spring up before all the nations.”

2 Peter 3:13

"But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.”
