Psalm 119:65-72| Good According To Your Word

Read Psalm 119:65-72. These verses focus on the goodness of God in the Word. List all the things the psalmist celebrates as ‘good’ in these verses.
In these verses, the psalmist ruminates on the adversity of affliction (67, 71) and slanderous enemies (69-70). Based on these verses, how are we to reconcile the ‘bad’ of the world with the ‘good’ of the Word? What role does the Word play with regard to these hard life situations?
What verbs does the psalmist use to describe his ‘good response’ to the goodness of God’s Word? Is there one of these verbs that has been especially meaningful in your own experience? Is there one in particular that you would like to grow in? Share with the group.
